What to Expect

On the day of the event, Ski Doc will come to your event 30 minutes prior to your event for setup. Gear racks will be set outside, wax stations prepared, and electric plugged in (if available). As the event starts and people will drop off their gear, we will collect their name and number. Everyone will receive the same service, dependent on the package you select. Work will be done in the order it was received, unless a special request is made. Once the gear is ready, it will be set outside and the owner will receive a text to grab their gear. At the end of the event the area will be cleaned and equipment packed up. Afterwards, an invoice will be sent to the email on file.

**We advise people only bring their boards and skis, as we are limited on space in the van. (no gear bags, boots, straps, poles, etc)

Minimum Requirements

  • 3 hour or longer event ($1,000 minimum)

  • At least 1 full parking space with room to move gear in and out

  • Book at least 1 week in advance

  • Cancel 72 hours in advance, or cancellation fee applies

How to Book

Please fill out this form with all the required and any additional information. After sending in an event request, we will reach out to confirm details and answer any questions. A written contract will be sent for signing. Upon completion of signing, an appointment will be made.

Pricing

Our base 3 hour event wax package starts at $1,000. This includes enough time for waxing roughly 30 sets of gear. 3 hour edge & wax packages start at $1,500 and can service approximately 20 sets of gear. Pricing is higher for longer events and may vary with additional time or services.
